Welcome to 2022!!

Pastor's Blog

Well, another year is gone and we are starting out a brand new year again!

With the pandemic that started in early 2020 and seemed to be going away in 2021 only to rear it’s ugly head again towards the end of 2021, it had been hard for many industries and churches as well.

Not having a brick and mortar church does have it’s advantages.  It has it’s draw backs too.  One draw back is the discipline to be somewhere at certain times on certain days.

Being a church online has the advantage of being able to produce sermons, bible studies, etc. that don’t require deadlines and can be done at any time.

At the end of May 2021, my wife and I moved to another city, about an hour and a half from where we were living.   And with every move, things get “lost” and are found weeks or months later.  Most of my computer equipment was packed in different boxes and totes and of course, nothing was marked properly!  My bad…

Anyway, I was able to find enough equipment to produce a sermon in July and then, life got in the way!

With work, being a member of the Indiana Guard Reserve, and other life issues, the Ministry had to take a back burner (as it were).

Now, jump to January 1st, 2022.  God has been giving me a push for the past few months.  And I have been attempting to get my life back together so that I could restart my Ministry again.

There is a small church around the corner from where I moved to.  It looks like they are still having services there, however, the overgrown parking lot and a few other signs show that this small church may be shut down after all.

I drive by that church and it made me think about my Ministry being shut down for the past few months.  It was God reminding me that I needed to get back and restart the Ministry again.

The web site, has shown plenty of traffic and continues to draw in new visitors daily.  This in itself was a clue (to me) that I needed to continue.

So, as a New Year’s resolution (it is New Year’s after all), I am resolving to get back in the saddle again and continue the Ministry.  I will be using some new technology that I have and along with that, for now, will be producing audio only and still keeping them posted on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Talkshoe and other social media outlets.

I will be using AI voices for my sermons, however, it will be me writing the sermons, just not my voice.

Let me know what you think about this.  I would like to hear from you!

So, again, Welcome to 2022!  With a New Year starting, we will also be restarting our Ministry and producing sermons and more!

For now, Be a Blessing and Be Blessed!  The more you are a blessing, the more you will be blessed!

Go out this year and resolve to be more like Jesus to everyone you meet.

This is Dr. Rob White for the AULC Ministries and I will see you soon!
